Brand Audits + client interviews

Strategy development begins with audience identification and research. This is highly customizable but often includes a brand audit to better understand your positioning and the perceptions of your audience and stakeholders. Not only do we guide this audit process, we conduct interviews with VIP clients, referral sources and other key stakeholders as an objective third party.

We dig deep (by analyzing both your message, approach and any available data and often interviewing stakeholders, employees or clients) to conduct marketing or audits that serve as the foundation for developing annual marketing plans or other strategic campaigns. Communications audits are focused on your message, the channels you’re using to reach audiences, your share of voice against competition and recommendations for strengthening your communications or PR program.

Armed with the findings of a marketing or communications audit, we then build an annual marketing or communications strategy and tactical plan. This strategy identifies goals, key messages, measurable objectives, budget recommendations and ad spend and KPIs to measure progress and results. The tactical plan is a roadmap for implementation. We either deliver the plan and step away or continue to support clients with elements of the plan that are a better fit for agency support. 

ad campaign strategy + media buying

We provide campaign strategy, competitor analysis, creative direction and budgeting for both traditional and digital ad campaigns. We also implement ad campaigns on behalf of clients. As your agency of record, we handle all media planning, placement and purchasing of both traditional (broadcast TV/radio, print) and digital (programmatic display ads, pre-roll, retargeting, Google ads, connected TV and social media advertising). We also support clients with hyper-targeted digital ad campaigns (geofencing to IP address targeting).
