Communications audits are focused on your message, the channels you’re using to reach audiences, your share of voice against competition and recommendations for strengthening your communications or PR program.

Qualitative client/audience interviews: As a neutral third party, we conduct qualitative research to help you understand your brand perception in front of VIP clients, key referral sources or other Centers of Influence. The findings are a meaningful first step before investing in future brand initiatives. 

Annual marketing and/or communications strategy: Often an organization has a sense of overarching strategic priorities, but needs help developing the marketing and communications strategy and tactical plan to support the big-picture strategy. We support in-house marketing or communications teams, Boards or other leaders by building a cohesive annual marketing or communications plan. 

Campaign ideation and implementation plan: Whether it’s a new initiative, a rebrand, a issue that deserves more awareness or a product promotion, our team builds advertising or education campaigns from ideation and creative production through to launch and reporting. We develop all campaign assets (video, broadcast, print and digital ads or PSAs) and have the in-house capability to launch campaigns on both traditional and digital media channels. 

Media training: Our public relations strategists prepare you to speak with journalists as a spokesperson of your organization. We teach the fundamentals of thought leadership, executive visibility and provide mock interview opportunities with veteran journalists. 


Paid media campaign strategy + media buying implementation: We provide campaign strategy, competitor analysis, creative direction and budgeting for both traditional and digital ad campaigns. Whether it’s brand awareness, employee visibility, or a stand alone campaign to promote an event, we analyze audience targeting and outline measurable goals as we develop our media buying recommendation. Our in-house teams handles both broadcast and digital media buying campaigns. 

Public relations and earned media strategy + media relations implementation: You have expertise, industry knowledge, a mission or a story to tell. We help our clients build awareness as thought leaders through public relations and earned media. Our media relations programs are both strategic and rooted in our belief that brands earn greater credibility when their story is told or published by a trustworthy third party media outlet or a respected affiliate brand. 

Thought leadership and executive visibility programs: We identify and secure opportunities for our clients to earn executive visibility opportunities through writing, interviews, speaking engagements, podcast guest interviews, opeds and much more. We also nominate our clients for key awards that will recognize them for their achievements and expertise.

Outsourced marketing communications department: Whether you have an in-house marketing department, are a one-man team or have no internal marketing talent, we can work as an extension of your team or as an outsourced generalist. Our team has both agency and in-house marketing experience, which allows us to jump in and work effectively in almost any culture.
